Home sellers benefit from professional home enhancements with the goal of selling your property for top dollar—or we will purchase it for a predetermined price!

For homes that sell, one lucky home seller will be selected to participate in the pilot episode and receive a $10,000 payment for their story rights. This includes a two-day re-enactment of your home-selling journey, filmed over two days.

 

Our Goal: Create a memorable and entertaining experience for viewers while also helping homeowners achieve their goal of selling their property for top dollar.

  • What kind of Show will Home Selling Heroes be?
    Home Selling Heroes will be a home-selling show that uses the creativity skills and imagination of our sponsor contractors to sell your home!

     

  • How Does it Work? 
    We arrange for a real estate agent to visit your home and identify any obstacles that might hinder its sale.


    Once we have those details, our team of experts will evaluate your home to determine the cost of any improvements needed to ensure it sells for top dollar.


    Selection Process: If your home is chosen, you’ll receive a contract that includes a guaranteed minimum sale price if the property doesn’t sell.

    If your home sells, you will be considered for a two-day filming re-enactment of your home-selling journey, with a $10,000 payment for your story rights. Only one home seller will be chosen for this opportunity.

     

  • What if my home doesn't sell?
    If your home doesn't sell, then we will buy it for the guaranteed price offered to buy it. (You have no obligation to accept the guaranteed price.)

     

  • Is the Guaranteed purchase price the same as the market value?
    The guaranteed purchase price typically depends on your home’s condition and location. In general, off-market sales are approximately 5% below market value, however, in competitive markets, the price may approach full market value.

     

  • Am I Guaranteed to be on the show?
    No, we cannot promise that your home will be selected. However, if your home is selected, we will provide you with an agreement in writing for it to be purchased at a guaranteed price if it doesn't sell at your listed price.

     

  • Do I have to pay commissions to a real estate agent? 
    Yes, you have to pay commissions to a real estate agent whether your home sells on market or off market.

     

  • Do I have to pay for the home improvements? 
    No! Our home-selling experts will use the opportunity to showcase their skills on their websites and social media platforms.

     

  • Will my home still be featured on my local MLS? 
    Yes. The real estate agent and home-selling experts will work to sell your home for as much money as possible, which can happen by giving it maximum exposure, including a listing on the MLS, in order to generate as much interest as possible.


    Note: If selected, the Home Seller Agreement applies. This TV show has not yet been accepted or approved for production. Approval and funding will be conditional on acceptance from finance and creative partners both of which will depend on a number of factors including but not limited to home seller subject matter, market conditions, sponsor support, consumer sentiment / expectations, and broadcaster acceptance.
