Welcome to the Merton Park Talent Cooperative
 

The Merton Park Talent Cooperative is a community of artists, musicians, and performers working together to bring live entertainment to venues across the city. By joining, you’ll gain access to performance opportunities, professional promotion, and a collaborative network built to help artists succeed.
 

To keep our community safe, creative, and fair, we ask every artist to agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register as a Member of the Merton Park Talent Cooperative or to use this Website. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to follow its terms.
 

2. Term

This Agreement remains in effect while you are a Member or use the Service. You may terminate your membership at any time by adjusting your account settings or contacting Merton Park. Merton Park may also terminate your membership if you breach this Agreement. Certain provisions will continue even after membership ends, including sections 4, 5, 8, 10–14.
 

3. Non-Commercial Use by Members

The Website and Service are for professional collaboration, performance opportunities, and networking. Any illegal, unauthorized, or exploitative uses — such as spamming, harvesting emails, or misusing Member information — are prohibited and may result in termination.
 

4. Proprietary Rights

Merton Park Entertainment Ltd. owns and retains all rights to the Website and Service. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, or sell any proprietary materials without written permission.
 

5. Content Posted on the Website

1. Merton Park may review and remove any content that violates this Agreement, is offensive, or is unlawful.

2. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

3. By posting, you grant Merton Park a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use and display your content in connection with the Service (e.g., promoting shows, artist discovery, or community events).

4. Content that is prohibited includes (but is not limited to):

   • Hate speech, harassment, or threats

   • Obscene, defamatory, or exploitative material

   • False or misleading information

   • Infringement of copyrighted works or trademarks

   • Spam, chain letters, or commercial solicitations without consent
      

5. You agree to follow all applicable laws.
    

6. Personal contact details (emails, addresses, phone numbers) should not be posted publicly unless specifically requested.
    

7. Members may not use information obtained through the Cooperative to harass or solicit other Members without their consent.
    

6. Copyright Policy

You may not post or share copyrighted material without permission. If you believe your work has been infringed, contact:
