This refund policy (the "Refund Policy") covers the circumstances under which Merton Park Film Studios Ltd ("Merton") may in its sole discretion provide refunds to advertisers of our TV shows or series when you advertise directly with Merton.

This advertising policy does not cover circumstances where you purchase advertising on our TV shows or series via a third party such as an advertising agency, a television broadcaster, or any independent third party sales or media purchasing organization.

By agreeing to advertise on any of our TV show or series, you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, please do not advertise with us.

Merton may amend its Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund Policy on this Site, and/or by sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to Merton.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by advertising or continuing to advertise after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.

Refunds, if granted, are provided in the form of crediting your Account balance with funds that may be used for future purchases of ads. The following is our refund policy:

The first time you make a purchase of an advertisement on behalf of you or a third party you must read all of the details provided and be sure that you fully understand exactly what you are purchasing including but not limited to the price, the frequency of the ad(s) booked, whether or not the ad(s) are 30-second spots or bill-board ads, whether or not the ad(s) are for you or a third party or both, and of course, the TV show or series on which the ad(s) will be aired.

If you wish to request a refund, you must notify us of your request within 48 hours of making your First Time Purchase. We will consider such a request on a case-by-case basis.

How to request consideration for a refund:

Send an email to with the following details:

  • The Invoice #
  • The Company name and contact name on your account
  • The email address on your account
  • The contact telephone number on your account; and
  • The reason(s) why you would like us to consider a refund.

Merton will consider granting refunds that are requested in the above stated timeframes and that meet any applicable criteria, and will grant refunds at its reasonable discretion.

Nothing herein grants an obligation by Merton to grant a refund.
